The CNLC's mission to encourage individuals to achieve self-reliance by providing the support and training necessary to improve education, employment, and self-esteem.

Our primary focus is to provide opportunities to become computer literate, expand educational, employment, and professional skills and to enhance families and the community by providing enrichment activities.
