Welcome to the Community
Network Learning Center
The CNLC is a Neighborhood Network Learning Center which has
been in operation since 1995. Under the HUD Center classification system, we
have been awarded Model Center classification status.
We are very excited about the many programs and activities that we offer to
Oxford Townhomes/Valley Garden Apartment residents and the residents of the surrounding
community. I invite you to browse our web
site for more information about the CNLC's programs and schedules and to learn
more about our community partners. I encourage you to visit the web site
frequently to see what is happening at our Center. Please
contact me if you have any questions.

What we do
The primary focus of the Community Network Learning Center is to provide
residents of Oxford Townhomes, Valley Garden Apartments, and surrounding neighborhoods with
opportunities to become computer literate, expand educational, employment, and
professional skills and to enhance families and the community by providing
enrichment activities.
We strive to provide a comfortable non-threatening educational experience that
is self-paced and technology based. Ultimately, our goal is to help participants
increase self-reliance by providing the support and training necessary to improve
education, employment, and self-esteem.
Center Funding
The Center is a non-profit section 501(c) (3)
corporation primarily funded and financially supported by the two
non-profit section 501(c)(3) corporations which own Valley Garden Apartments and
Oxford Townhomes.
The CNLC staff partners with public and private human service agencies, schools and
universities, and local businesses to provide services to participants.
